Digital signature is a technique necessary for e-business.  It protects the signed text contents from being violated.  In some countries digital signatures can be legally used based on their law.

Net-Sign is a tool for signing forms and text contents on Web pages through IE browser.  It signs text with the user's private key and certificate that are managed by the browser or smart card.  It can also verify signatures signed by Web servers.

Net-Verify is a hardware-based server that verifies end-user's signature on text forms or documents. It can also represent the server to sign text contents, which will be verified by end-user with Net-Sign tool.
